The development team at Helix Ventures is thrilled to announce the first of the new tenants coming to Oakview Commons.

At the corner of Green Oaks Parkway and Holly Springs New Hill Road, Oakview Commons is easily accessible from nearby neighborhoods and business campuses alike. Offering three retail buildings, a hotel site, and community green space open for quiet relaxation and public events, Oakview Commons aims to bring new and unique options to Holly Springs.

The new tenants include Arita Ramen and Sushi, Switch Craft for craft beer, cocktails and small plates; IMAGE Studios, a luxury salon suite concept; Golf Hour, a sports simulator lounge; Matcha Cha, an Asian dessert and tea shop, and a soon to be revealed second location for a local Indian Restaurant offering authentic cuisine and cocktails. These businesses expect to begin opening at the start of 2025. We are excited about the current tenant line up and plan to announce several more tenants soon.
